● Light weight: The thickness of the plate is generally only 0.4-0.8mm, and the overall weight is relatively light, which is convenient for transportation, installation and maintenance.

● Strong flexibility: The heat exchange area can be easily adjusted by increasing or reducing the number of plates to meet different heat exchange requirements. It can also achieve different process combinations by changing the assembly method of the plate or replacing different plate types to meet various process requirements.

● Easy cleaning: Just loosen the clamping bolts to disassemble the plate, and clean each flow channel comprehensively and thoroughly, which can effectively remove dirt and impurities on the surface of the plate, ensure the performance of the heat exchanger, and reduce maintenance costs.

● Easy maintenance: Parts such as gaskets and plates are easy to disassemble and replace. If a part is damaged or aged, it can be quickly repaired or replaced to reduce the downtime of the equipment.

● Low cost: Under the same material and heat exchange area, the price of gasket plate heat exchanger is usually 40%-60% lower than that of shell and tube heat exchanger.
